Yoga Nidra

I am teaching a Yoga Nidra class on Wednesdays from 7:15-8:15. Yoga Nidra is often translated as Yogic Sleep, or sleep of the yogi. The class format is similar to a guided meditation. The focus of Nidra is bringing awareness to seven layers (koshas) of being. As we bring awareness to these layers we become aware of how we react and interact with the koshas. Through our awareness we can begin to shed the habits of living that interfere with our ability to live calmly, peacefully, and authentically. Nidra is a powerful tool to enable fundamental changes to the way we perceive our existence. Please join me and discover what Nidra can do for you.

Namaste.
