Nutrition Tea Recipe

Would you like to feed your body with a host of vitamins and minerals without having to rely completely on synthetic pill? Try herbal tea! Here is a recipe for a highly nutritious herbal tea. Drink a quart to a half-gallon a day and not only will you be drinking your daily dose of water, but also getting easily assimilated nutrition.

Nutrition Tea:
2 part Red Raspberry
1 part Alfalfa
1/2 part Nettle
1/2 part Red Clover

Steep in near boiling water for up to half an hour. Enjoy hot or cold.
